What size are your containers?
There are two sizes of containers available: our standard industry furniture containers measure 7 x 8 x 5ft, providing 35 SqFt or 250 CuFt (approx) of storage space. Alternatively our steel self-storage containers measure 20 x 8Ft, providing 60 SqFt or 1200 CuFt of storage space.

How secure are your premises?
Our premises at both Clevedon and Nailsea are protected by a Redcare alarm system which is fully monitored. Premises are purpose built, insulated, modern building.

Can I gain access to my belongings at any time I wish?
Should you rent one of our steel storage units then access is freely available. Alternatively, should you store your furniture in one of our standard wooden industry containers in the warehouse, then prior notice would be required in order to gain access to your belongings.

What is the minimum or maximum amount of time that I can store my belongings with you?
Our minimum storage period is one week. There is no maximum amount of time, you may store your belongings with us for an indefinite period.

What are your charges?
Charges for both wooden and steel storage containers are negotiable, discounts will be given for long-term storage. Charges are payable four weekly in advance and may be made by cheque, standing order, debit or credit card. A 2% surcharge is however payable on credit card payments.

Can I bring my belongings to you or will you collect them?
We are able to offer a first-class removals service as members of the British Association of Removers our staff are fully trained. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings to us and we will pack the containers for you.
